"All the Way" is England’s song for Euro 1988, it is England Squad’s fourth sports tournament anthem, following “We’ve Got the World at Our Feet” two years earlier. Co-written by Stock, Aitken, and Waterman, the song received mixed reviews with critics calling it ‘dreadful’.
Far from going all the way, England went on to lose all three group matches at UEFA Euro 1988 - their worst-ever performance at a major international tournament.
